Our Conference Facility is situated in the main building at Beckett's Farm.
Beckett's business is famous for its personal touch and the quality of its food and services and these same principles apply in full measure to the Conference Facility. It was designed to be truly flexible to suit the many requirements of today's business world and offers the following advantages:
Our location, just south of Birmingham, couldn't be easier to find. This is a particularly important point if you have delegates coming from various parts of the country. For delegates travelling by road they will find us on the A.435, just one mile north of Junction 3 of the M.42. It's so straightforward that almost all our visitors get here sooner than they had expected. There's plenty of parking right on the spot, and naturally it's absolutely free. See map and directions. Rooms have been designed with your comfort in mind. We have
five separate rooms. The largest, the Heath Suite, can accommodate up to 60 people and incorporates both natural daylight and air conditioning. In addition to this room and another slightly smaller one we call the Media Suite because it is ideally suited to presentations, we have three smaller rooms. These are ideal as breakout rooms and are also frequently let out to business people who want an office for a day - or half-day - either to use on their own, or for a small meeting with colleagues. Food is an integral part of the Beckett's Farm experience. We offer
you a range of menu choices - or we'll tailor something specially for you. But whether you choose to dine in the Farm Restaurant or request a private buffet within the Conference area the food will be to the same high standard and made from fresh farm shop produce. See Menu choices and suggestions.

Team Building. The advantages and benefits accruing from Team
Building exercises are well known to HR and line managers. Asking a small group of employees to take part together in a completely new activity in a completely new environment can weld a disparate team together and get them to appreciate each others' contribution.
