Terms and Conditions
In the event of a booking being cancelled the Conference Centre will always endeavour to minimise any potential loss by re-letting the accommodation reserved. If, however, the Conference Centre is unsuccessful in doing this the following charges will be made:
| Cancellation 10-30 days prior to meeting | 50% of price* |
| Less than 10 days prior to the meeting | 75% of price* |
