Terms and Conditions

In the event of a booking being cancelled the Conference Centre will always endeavour to minimise any potential loss by re-letting the accommodation reserved. If, however, the Conference Centre is unsuccessful in doing this the following charges will be made:

Cancellation 10-30 days prior to meeting	50% of price*
Less than 10 days prior to the meeting	75% of price*

*(percentages are based on the quoted price)
