Ladies High Tea

On arrival to the kitchen, delegates will be given a full baking demonstration by our head chef of different pastry and cake disciplines and decoration techniques.

Small teams will then retire to their own kitchen section for a hands on baking session to create a delicious selection of cakes including cherry bakewells, baby meringues, mini filled choux buns and mille feuilleslices.

Using several different pastry disciplines, there will be something for everyone to do to get involved and build up their own beautiful cake stand display.

Once the sweet treats are completed, the party will retire to their private dining area to enjoy a selection of finger sandwiches, luxury teas and of course -their delicious pastries and cakes!
