Pasta & Bread making

This is one of our most popular team building courses, perfect to fit into an afternoon after a team meeting in the morning....The activities are held in The Orange Kitchen Cookery School, our fully equipped development kitchen, on site at Beckett's Farm.

After a full demonstration from our professional chef, delegates will pair up together to get rolling, kneading and proving their own dough. 

The teams will need to work together to make fresh pasta ribbons, competing to see who can get the longest!!

 
The group will then take on the roles of master bakers to knead bread rolls and plaits and bake off some beautiful foccacia rounds to take home and enjoy with their dinner.

It's not as easy as it looks.....but it's lots of floury fun!!

• 2.5 hours hands on practical with demonstration from Head Chef.
• All ingredients & equipment including aprons and hats provided.
• Delicious bread creations to take away.
• Full instruction & recipe card for each delegate.
