The Great Indulgence

For a great way to treat your team - take up The Great Indulgence to create a plethora of sweet treats – perfect to share with colleagues – or perfectly sized to eat all to yourself!

On arrival to the kitchen, delegates will be given a full baking demonstration by our Head Chef.  Small teams will then retire to their own kitchen section for a hands on baking session to create a delicious selection of cakes including cherry bakewells , baby meringues, mini filled choux buns and mille feuille slices.

Using several different pastry disciplines, there will be something for everyone to do to get involved and build up their own beautiful cake stand display.

Once completed, the team will retire to their own personal tea room to enjoy a light lunch of luxury finger sandwiches, posh teas and of course, indulge in their creations! 

Meanwhile the judges will deliberate over the winner based on presentation, creativity and of course lip smacking taste.

• 1  hour cooking demonstration from our team of chefs.
• 1.5 hours, hands on baking experience.
• 30 minutes to enjoy your indulgent delights accompanied by a spread of luxury teas and finger sandwiches.
• A sweet treat selection box to take away.
• Full instruction & recipe card for each delegate.
