On this course…
On the Beer & Butchery course the first half hour will take place in the butchery department of our award-winning Farm Shop where our expert butcher will demonstrate how to bone out a leg of lamb.
The group will then return to The Orange Kitchen where our chef will demonstrate French trimming a rack of pork. You will learn how to cut a chicken for sauté. You will learn how to cook the chicken to perfection in a cider and sage sauce.
To finish off the evening, guests will enjoy the ‘fruits of their labour’ with matching local beers and ciders and a Q&A session with our friends from locally based, Purity Ale Brewery.
Everyone will leave with their own brand new boning knife, recipe cards and the chicken dish to enjoy at home.
