We are glad to welcome back our guest chef, Sangeeta Dubb to join us in The Orange Kitchen for this cookery course. Sangeeta will present you with an evening of traditional Indian food, most importantly using authentic ingredients and spices.

You will master preparing the finest, mouth-watering dishes! You’ll also discover essential spice blending skills, therefore gaining the confidence to recreate recipes in your own kitchen at home.
As well as a Masala Chicken dish, you’ll also learn to make a tasty pilau rice dish and a traditional side dish of Bombay aloo.
