A menu developed by Paul Bough, Indian Cooking covers the full Indian Cuisine with Main, Rice, 2 starters / accompaniments and Naan. In this course we will cover how to create a popular Indian main dish, a Railway Lamb Curry, which was a popular curry for all Indian’s working on the railway. The chef will demonstrate how to create a delicious, fragrant Pilau Rice to go with your curry and also a refreshing Green Coriander Chutney which will go brilliantly with the Chicken Pakora’s and Onion Bhaji’s created. To finish off the course we will knead out and create some beautiful, fresh Naan Breads, to put the final touch, to an all round popular Indian meal, which will be a family favourite for all.
