Run by Giovanni De Luca, who has many years of experience running the well loved, family-owned Italian Restaurant, Giovanni’s in Dickens Heath, enjoy learning to cook the authentic way.  Our chef will show you how to make the perfect gnocchi, traditional Risotto Con Funghi followed by Italian Pork Saltimbocca. Finally you will create your own Biscotti from scratch! These three dishes will give you a great base to be able to create numerous flavour combinations depending on what you have in your store cupboard at the time.
