On this course…

The Pies & Pasties course is ideal for those who want to learn how to make pastry from scratch. This course will teach you a range of different types of pastry and how to use them to make the perfect Pies & Pasties. Our expert chefs will teach you the tricks of the trade with a few cheats along the way! With everything for the course included all you need to bring is yourself.
