Join us for a sensory journey on our NEW Portuguese Cookery course! Portuguese food is fresh with many Mediterranean influences and a strong colonial heritage. They use an array of fragrant spices from fiery birds eye chillies, found in Piri Piri Chicken marinade, to delicate vanilla and cinnamon in their Pasteis de Nata.
