These spicy garlic mayo chicken burgers are packed full of flavour and have a fiery kick. Made using The Garlic Farm’s garlic mayonnaise with chilli, these burgers are a must-try! If the weather is on side, cook on the BBQ and serve al fresco.

Serves: 4
Ingredients
4 Becketts’ Butchery boneless and skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp The Garlic Farm’s garlic mayonnaise with chilli
4 Becketts’ Bakery bread rolls
Lettuce leaves
2 tomatoes, sliced
Salt and pepper, to season
Method
1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, paprika and garlic powder then season with a little salt and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Cover and marinade for at least 30 minutes. For maximum flavour, allow to marinade overnight.
2. If cooking on the BBQ, grill the chicken breasts on medium-high heat for around 5-6 minutes each side, or until cooked through. Alternatively, cook in the oven at 200C for 25 – 30 minutes.
3. When the chicken is in the last minute of cooking, cut the bread rolls in half and lightly toast if you wish.
4. Spread a generous spoonful of garlic mayonnaise with chilli on the bottom bun then top with the chicken breast, lettuce and tomatoes. Place the other half of the bun on top. Repeat until all four burgers are constructed then serve and enjoy!
