Buon Cibo, Buon Vino, Buon Amici! Learn to cook authentic dishes on our Italian Dining course. Our chef will show you how to make the perfect pasta, traditional Risotto Con Funghi followed by Italian Pork Saltimbocca. Finally you will create your own Biscotti from scratch!
As a result these three dishes will give you a great base to be able to create numerous flavour combinations depending on what you have in your store cupboard at the time.
