On this course…

Our chef will demonstrate to you how to make the perfect gnocchi, traditional Risotto Con Funghi followed by Italian Pork Saltimbocca, you will go off to your individual cooking stations to re-create each dish. Finally we will show you how to create Biscotti from scratch! These three dishes will give you a great base to be able to create numerous flavour combinations depending on what you have in your store cupboard at the time.
