February Half Term Fun - Becketts Farm

Ready for some half term fun? We’ve rounded up a selection of ideas to help you make the most of your time with the kids this week.

Pancake Portraits

With Pancake Day falling during half term on Tuesday 13^th February, why not have a pancake decorating competition. We love the idea of Pancake Portraits! Using a selection of toppings, get the whole family involved in making self-portraits on their pancakes. Or, have a go at making a variety of animal faces.

Valentines Day

We’ve created a downloadable Valentines themed activity sheet to print and keep little hands busy for a little while. Why not pick up a box of our Valentine’s cupcakes to treat your little love?

BeLocal App

We are pleased to be featured on the BeLocal Solihull app, which shares not only amazing food & drink independents, but also maps out great local walks. Get out of the house for a walk together using the app to guide you. Eat at our Family Friendly Restaurant

If you’re looking for somewhere to eat out with the kids this half term, our Restaurant is known for being family friendly – we’re a family business after all! Kids can enjoy our Children’s Menu, while grown ups can choose from our fantastic menu including all day breakfast, sandwiches, lighter bites and main meals. We recommend booking a table to avoid disappointment, which you can do on our Reservations page.

Out and About

Our friends at Visit Worcestershire have put together an excellent round-up of lots of family friendly activities and events during this February half term. From light trails to craft sessions, crazy golf to days out, the county has some fantastic offerings for young families!

Need space to work?

If you’ve got to work from home and need some peace and quiet while the kids are off school, then our Conference Centre offers smaller rooms which can be used as workspace and booked on an hourly, half or full day rate.

Get Easter in your Diary!

Plan ahead to the next school break and get our Easter event in your diary. There’ll be something hatching here at Becketts! You and your little ones will get to meet a range of baby animals. Plus, view our incubators where there will be chicks hatching live. We’ll be joined by Sand Art Creative Play too, who will help your children create amazing sand pictures! The event runs 23^rd March – 7^th April.
