Ready in: 25 minutes
200g Savoy cabbage
2 large eggs
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper
A small onion
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1. In a large mixing bowl, using an electric whisk, mix the eggs, garlic powder and salt together. Season with black pepper.
2. Next, shred the cabbage and cut the onion into think slices. Add these to the egg mixture and toss to combine.
3. Divide the mixture into 4 small patties and put to one side.
4. Using a large frying pan, heat the oi over a medium heat. Add the patties to the pan and press with a spatula to flatten. Cook for around 3 minutes on each side, or until golden.
