Corn Flake Cakes are a classic recipe. Have fun making these delicious Corn Flake Cakes, that can be enjoyed by all the family!

What you will need for your Corn Flake Cakes
Microwave
Two bowls
Wooden spoon
Tablespoon
Cupcake cases
Muffin tray/ Baking tray
Ingredients
50g butter
100g milk or dark chocolate, broken into chunks
3 tbsp golden syrup
100g cornflakes
Weigh out the ingredients. Put the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a saucepan or microwavable bowl. Put the cornflakes in another large bowl.
Using a microwave melt the butter, chocolate and golden syrup for 20 seconds at a time, stirring in between until melted. Allow to cool a little before pouring over the cornflakes.
Stir the ingredients together gently using a wooden spoon. Using a tablespoon, pace a spoonful of the mixture into 12 cupcake cases arranged on a muffin tray (or baking sheet, if you don’t have one). Add any chocolate toppings such as smarties or mini eggs and leave to set in the fridge.
