Our chefs take care over every dish that leaves our kitchen. Whether you visit during a busy Saturday breakfast or for a leisurely weekday lunch, quality, taste and presentation are always consistent. The chefs work hard to source the finest local ingredients. Our kitchen management team are always on the lookout to develop and expand our menu and daily specials.
Our Front of House team strive for customer service excellence, and cheesy though it may sound, ‘service with a smile’ is always guaranteed here. That smile is ALWAYS genuine when it comes from one of the team here – their happiness is infectious and they’re passionate about what they do. Comments on Trip Advisor highly praise the warm and friendly welcome they receive here. We think that is hugely important, whether you’re a regular customer or visiting for the first time, that you feel part of the family.
Of course we also couldn’t achieve this fantastic status without our lovely customers. Jim Thompson, our Hospitality Director says: “All feedback that we receive via any channel is valued. When that feedback is positive it really helps to motivate the team. They see their hard work paying off and they’re rewarded through bonuses or rewards. When that feedback is negative, or a constructive new idea is put forward from a customer, we learn from it. We take it on board, it instigates change and inspires us to try new avenues.”
