On Friday we held our annual Great Becketts Bake Off fundraiser in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. There were some incredible cake entries from staff and customers. Bakes included mint chocolate brownies, classic lemon drizzle, a very moreish white chocolate cheesecake and some spectacular sponge cakes! The three judges this year were Managing Director, Simon Beckett; Becketts Farm Chef, Chris Wilson; and Cookery School Manager, Helena Cookman. Becketts Farm Honey Our stock of Becketts Farm honey is back in store, and it flies off the shelves so quickly each year. Produced under two miles away from our store on our farmland in Earlswood, this really is local honey in every sense of the word. Bee keeper, Andrew draws the honey from a small colony of bees just down the road from here.
